Prime minister’s assistant personal secretary Kazi Nishat Rasul sent a letter to Gopalganj district administration informing about the PM’s visit.
Prime Minister is scheduled to go to Tungipara after placing wreaths at the portrait of Bangabandhu in front of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum at Dhanmondi in the capital.
She will offer Fateha and special munajat there seeking eternal peace of the departed soul of Bangabandhu and other family members brutally killed on the fateful night on August 15 in 1975.
The birthday of Bangabandhu is being observed across the country as the National Children’s Day.
