online Desk : Five agriculture officers of Haluaghat Upazila Agriculture Officer in Mymensingh district have tested for coronavirus.
The office has been placed under lockdown and it will remain closed till June 30.
The contracted are upazila agriculture officer Masudur Rahman, 36, office assistant Rezaul Karim, 32, deputy-assistant officer Sajjatul Islam, 29, Kamrul Hasna, 38, and Rubel Karim, 32.
Upazila health and family planning officer Dr Munir Ahmed said a total of 26 people have contracted coronavirus in the upazila where 331 samples were tested.So far, two people have made recovery from the virus, UNO Rezaul Karim.
