An HC bench of Justice Md Habibul Gani and Justice Md Riaz Uddin Khan passed the bail order.
Confirming the matter, lawyer Sagir Hossain Leon said the 69 BNP men will on bail till February 22. They have been asked to surrender before lower court within this period.
According to the case statement, on January 12, a chase and counter-chase happened between police personnel and the BNP men when they brought out processions protesting arrest warrant against party Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.
Police lodged the lawsuit on January 13 where 109 BNP men including Hajiganj upazila BNP unit president Nazmul Alam and municipal unit general secretary Khorshed Alam were made accused.
An arrest warrant was issued against Tarique Rahman in a sedition case on January 7.
