One held with Yaba pills in Rajbari

Online desk : A man was arrested by police along with 60 pieces of Yaba pills at Goalanda upazila in Rajbari district on Friday night.

The arrested is Md Musa Molla, 42, a resident of Juran Molla para area of the upazila.

Goalanda Ghat Police Station officer-in-charge Swapan Kumar Majumdar said acting on a tip-off, a team of police conducted a raid in Shamsu Master para area and arrested the man along with the drugs.

A case was filed with the police station against him under Narcotics Control Act and legal steps have been taken in this regard, the OC added.
