Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Md Asaduzzaman Mia today sounded a note of warning against any sort of instigation to spread further the movement of garment factory workers over increasing their salary.

Intelligence agencies have already been asked to find out attempts there might be to instigate the labour movement, he said.
“Demands of the garment workers will be met up soon as the concerned ministry and BGMEA have been working together to settle the issue,” he informed. The DMP chief requested RMG workers to return to their work places.
