The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 today concluded its hearing in a crimes against humanity case against alleged Razakar Md Abdus Samad Musa alias Feroz Kha from Puthia, Rajshahi and will pass judgement any day.
Justice Md Shahinur Islam, chairman of the three-member panel of the ICT-1, kept the judgement on CAV, curia advisari vult (a Latin legal term meaning the court awaits judgement), as the prosecution and defence concluded their arguments in the case.
The ICT-1 on September 9, 2018, indicted Musa and framed four charges of crimes against humanity including looting, arson, confinement and murder against him. A total of 15 prosecution witnesses testified in the case while defence could not produce any witness to vouch for the innocence of the accused.

According to the prosecution, Musa was a supporter of Jamaat-e-Islami and subsequently joined locally formed Razakar Bahini through his ranks in Peace Committee.
