KU makes hand sanitizer to distribute among health workers

Online desk : Amid the coronavirus pandemic, the teachers and students of Khulna University (KU) has started producing hand sanitizer to distribute this hygienic material free of cost among the health workers.

A 30-members team, comprising 10 teachers and 20 students of KU and headed by Chief of Pharmacy Discipline Professor Dr.

Ashish Kumar Dash, is working in two labs of the university, said a press release yesterday.

The KU pharmacy discipline is producing the sanitizer following the formula approved by World Health Organisation (WHO).
