Online Desk : Eight persons have been arrested in Rajshahi city by Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) and the Detective Branch of police.
They were arrested during raids into different places in the city from Thursday night till Friday morning.
Of the arrested, one had warrant, one was drug addict and the different charges were pending against the rest six.
RMP Additional Deputy Police Comumissioner (Sadar) Mohammad Golam Ruhul Kuddus confirmed the matter through a press release on Friday morning.Legal action has been taken against those detained, the official added.
