The virtual bench of Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder passed the order after hearing a petition filed by the Anti-Corruption Commission. The order will continue till one week after reopening of the court’s regular activities, deputy attorney general AKM Amin Uddin confirmed.
On May 17, a Dhaka court granted bail to Rana in the graft case.
The ACC filed the case with Savar Model Police Station on December 31, 2017, against Sohel Rana on charge of amassing wealth.
