Online Desk : Haluaghat police in Mymensingh district detained three drug traders along with a huge amount of Indian liquor.
The detainees are Biplob, 36, his brother Sahrit, 26, and Ratan Biswas, 38, hail from Kaliganj Police Station area of Gazipur.
In a drive, led by Haluaghat Police Station officer in-charge (OC) Mahmudul Hasan, a team of police detained them with 70 bottles of liquor worth around TK 1,45,000 from Uttar Akanpara village of Haluaghat upazila at early hours.
Police also seized a private car from their possession. The OC said a case has been filed with the Police Station in this connection.
