Online Desk : Dr Mohib Ullah Khondoker, coordinator of GR COVID-19 Rapid Dot Blot project, requested all to inform law enforcement agencies if any hospital is found to use Gonoshasthaya Kendra kits for corona test.
He said this on Monday through a statement.
Informing that Gonoshasthaya Kendra will take legal action against Shahabuddin Medical, Dr Mohib Ullah said Gonoshasthaya has no relation in examining any kits of Shahabuddin Medical.
Mentioning the GR COVID-19 Rapid Dot Blot Anti-body test kits are not getting the government’s approval, he said Gonoshasthaya’s kits are yet not sold anywhere. Only the kits were given to Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) for trial.
“It is totally false news that Gonoshasthaya’s kits are used for COVID-19 test. This is nothing but a conspiracy against Gonoshasthaya Kendra,” Dr Mohib Ullah added.
