Online desk ; A mobile court in Sherpur on Tuesday afternoon sentenced three drug addicts in different terms in jail.Jailed persons are Geeta Rani Barman, 49, Tarun Chandra Barman, 55, and Jahur Uddin, 55.
A team of Anti-Narcotics Department conducted separate drives at Sanyasi Bhita area in Nalitabari upazila and detained them while consuming hemp.
Later, a mobile court led by Nalitabari UNO and executive magistrate Mahfujul Alam handed down the judgment.
