Online desk : A retired Supreme Court judge filed a general diary with Shahbagh Police Station in the capital against his daughter alleging that she cheated him and damaged his reputation.
Former Appellate Division judge Justice Shamsul Huda in his general diary lodged on Thursday night alleged that Tuhin Sultana Topu–one of his daughters married in 1990 at the choice of the family but divorced her husband about 10 or 12 years later, said sub-inspector Kamal Krishna Saha of the police station.
He said that he had no contact with the daughter since then but recently she had been spreading bad names against him using an online-based television Mojar TV.
Apart from his daughter, Justice Shamsul Huda also filed the GD against ‘Mojar TV’ video creator Mahsan Swapno.
SI Kamal said that the retired judge lodged the GD fearing that her daughter might spread baseless information against him.
