Online desk : Detective Branch of Police (DB) detained nine gamblers from Kamarkhand upazila of Sirajganj district early Wednesday.
On information, a DB team conducted a drive in Bhadraghat area and caught them red-handed.
The team also recovered cash Tk 25,260, and several sets of card.
The district DB police officer in-charge Md Mizanur Rahman said during initial questioning, they confessed to their involvement with gambling.
