Online desk : Popular singer Runa Laila and her husband actor Alamgir on Saturday received COVID-19 vaccine at National Institute of Kidney Diseases and Urology Hospital at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the capital.
Singer Runa Laila herself confirmed the media about receiving the vaccine.
After getting vaccinated, Runa Laila said both she and her husband Alamgir registered their names for getting vaccinated on Friday and got vaccinated on Saturday. Since then they didn’t feel any kind of side effects.
“We couldn’t imagine that getting vaccinated would be so easy in such a congenial atmosphere,” said Runa Laila. “We were very witnessing the sincerity of the hospital authorities toward us. They have been performing their duties sincerely.”
Runa Laila further said there is nothing to be worried. “All of you receive coronavirus vaccine and inspire others around you to get vaccinated. Nine of our entire family and staff have received COVID-19 vaccine,” she said.
